Our classes
DUI Risk Reduction and Driver Improvement are regulated by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). Right Spirit is approved for DUI Risk Reduction. Our official launch date and class schedules are being finalized.

A few helpful answers
Are these programs regulated by Georgia?
Yes. Georgia DDS regulates DUI Risk Reduction and Driver Improvement programs and certifies schools and instructors. Right Spirit is approved for DUI Risk Reduction, with class schedules being finalized. Driver Improvement approval is still pending. Verify a school’s certification with DDS before enrolling.
Can I sign up now?
Yes. Submit a DUI registration request and select your preferred month. February and March 2027 dates are tentative. Your request is not a confirmed enrollment; we will contact you with final dates and next steps.
When do I receive screening access?
Screening (assessment) access is emailed after your payment is confirmed, not when you submit a registration request. When dates are finalized, Right Spirit will contact you with enrollment and payment instructions. Complete your screening before class. No payment is collected with your request today.
Which class do I need?
DUI Risk Reduction and Driver Improvement are different courses. Check the exact course requested by your court, Georgia DDS, or insurance company.
Will Defensive Driving reduce my insurance?
It may, depending on your eligibility and your insurer’s requirements. Confirm with your insurance company before enrolling. Our Driver Improvement class is still pending approval.
